Sisterhood

Sisterhood’s purpose is to support Temple Beth El Israel in any way it can and to foster camaraderie among the women of our Congregation. We sponsor the Friday night Oneg Shabbat and keep the Judaica shop well stocked and manned which helps us meet our financial obligation to the Temple. The book club meets the first Tuesday of the month at 12:30 PM and the monthly general meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 12:30 PM for learning, inspiration and having fun. All our meetings are held at the Temple in our newly renovated Social Hall.

I invite all women of our Congregation to bring their ideas and talents to our Sisterhood so we can grow and have the best year ever.
